Each class section's information is provided via video with an accompanying PDF workbook. These workbooks are how you will make your shop rock! I'm very clear from the beginning of this class that I can provide you will all this information but it is YOU that has to implement it to get results! These workbooks are how you do that; they will provide you with action plans and next steps to take to ensure you personalise this class to your needs.

There are no cookie-cutter systems here. No ‘here's a template now off you go'. I believe you cannot get a more personal venture than an artist or a handmade goods shop. We are not a manufacturer churning out low cost items on a conveyor. We are passionate about what we do. We are creative and unique and so are our creations, which means there is no ‘one way'.

In this class I will provide you with lots of information, more than you will probably need. It is then your job to pick and choose what is important for you and your shop, where you are already doing great and where you can improve, begin or totally renovate (but don't worry the workbooks are there to help you with all of that).

Throughout all of the sections of this class I will take you behind the scenes of my shop, which I use as just one of the vehicles that I make money online from my own creative skills. I will share my definition of success for my shop (for it to be one of many income streams but still to work no more than 1-2 hrs a week on my shop - if that, usually it's no more than 30 minutes), my shop stats, my biggest faux pas and how I've used branding to rectify it, my products, my systems, how I use content marketing to boost sales and much more. As well as this I have also included an HOUR LONG BONUS audio of my full Etsy Shop Story.
