90s Vintage Rampage cheapest Backless Lace Up Dress With Pastel Floral Print Size XS

Cutest little 90s dress. Open back and it criss crosses on the back and then you tie it again across the back. I didn't tie it at the back in the photos. So the straps are hanging. Hard to see in photos but there's a fabric over the dress skirt. It's labeled a vintage size 5 but in today's sizing I think it's more like an extra small. I'll be adding measurements today. cheapest
