A Rare find in this pair of Industrial style Latvian wall plaques. They are each about 12 3/4" in diameter, (not perfectly round) they have some scratches in the wood frames and the metal relief work has some scratches dents and tarnish. Please look at the photos for best description or if you would like more photos I can do that. Each of these pieces have their original labels with names, dates and signatures. I did notice that the plaques, at some point, might have been remounted incorrectly with the frame, been switched. (The Sower should be the man throwing seed and cheapest The Resettler should be the man with the axe handle and cabin, now reversed) These Latvian Handcraft Plaques are very unique and handsome, rare indeed.
