Spinolution's PaulyWinder

The PaulyWinder is an automatic yarn winder that came out in 2020 after several years of research and engineering. This patented design is compatible with SpinOlution wheels with 4oz, 8oz, or 16oz flyer sizes. Simply remove your flyer bars and install the PaulyWinder onto your SpinOlution wheel, and you can start spinning full bobbins as your yarn auto-winds onto the bobbin.

Note: In this product photo, the cheapest PaulyWinder is used with a SpinPerfect 4oz Bobbin and SpinPerfect Perfect Tube orifice. The Pauly Winder includes both flyer arms and hardware for installation. It does not include bobbins or an orifice bar. Wooden bobbins and orifice bars are compatible with the PaulyWinder.

COMPATIBILITY OF CURRENT MODELS
Pollywog is compatible with a small PaulyWinder on the 4oz and 12oz flyers.
Queen Bee is compatible with the small PaulyWinder on the 4oz flyer.
King Bee is compatible with the large PaulyWinder on the 8oz flyer.
Worker Bee is compatible with the large PaulyWinder on the 16oz flyer.
Hopper is compatible with the large PaulyWinder on the 8oz and 16oz flyer.
Bullfrog is compatible with the large PaulyWinder on the 16oz flyer.
Monarch is compatible with the small PaulyWinder on the 4A flyer and the large PaulyWinder on the 8oz and 16oz flyer.
Echo is compatible with the small PaulyWinder on the 4oz and 4Aoz flyer; and the large PaulyWinder on the 8oz and 16oz flyer.

We used SpinPerfect Bobbins and a SpinPerfect Perfect Tube Orifice Bar when photographing the PaulyWinder. These accessories coordinate with the PaulyWinder but are not included with the purchase.

FAQ:
Sufficient tension is required for the PaulyWinder to work properly.
The PaulyWinder is not compatible with the SpinOlution Skein Winder.
Current magnetic wooden SpinOlution bobbins and orifice bars are compatible with the PaulyWinder flyer.
On SpinOlution flyers without magnets, a current SpinOlution or SpinPerfect orifice bar is required.
The Echo Flyer Head can be used on the Firefly Base for the correct height to be compatible with the PaulyWinder.
The Modular Monarch/Firefly Flyer Head requires a riser to be compatible with the PaulyWinder on the Firefly base.
