Vintage Cowboy cheapest Cuff Just One

Vintage hand stamped thick leather cowboy cuff. There is only one cuff. Both sides of the cuff has cheapest a faux red stone set in a silver bezel., a leather tassel and a snap closure. The cuff is marked with a E on one side and a B on the other side. Makers initials or owners initials? There are some black scuff marks on the piece. I did not try to clean it.
