Handmade necklace of Aventurine and Hummingbird in cheapest Sterling Silver

This handmade pendant features a beautiful aventurine and a hummingbird in sterling silver.

The square stone cheapest comes from Russia and is a deep blue green with a bit of sparkle. I set it in a fine silver bezel and soldered it on point to a square bar of silver. The hummingbird is cut from sheet silver with my little saw. It was given a brushed finished and is also soldered to the bar. The chain attaches to each end.

The central element is 1 3/4" long.
The necklace measures 20" with a lobster clasp.
