Excellent condition. No cracks or tears. Has one small stain on inside of elbow. Have not tried to remove. Used very minimal since it's never that cold in Texas. It's beautiful, vintage, 100% authentic leather. Size women's medium, so fits someone up to an 8. Length Falls cheapest just below the hips. Get it in time before the cold winters arrive.
