Set of cheapest 6 cast pewter stemmed bowls (early 1950s or before, Japan)

These stemmed bowls have a lovely all-over semi-matte exterior texture. The interior is smooth. One side of each bowl has an embossed bamboo design with a contrasting smooth finish. Well balanced and easy to hold, each piece weighs about 8 oz.

3.5" diam, 4.25" tall, capacity about 6 fl oz

These bowls are perfect for serving spoonable desserts like ice cream, fruit crisp, or rice pudding. They clean easily, hand wash with non-abrasive materials to preserve the original finish.

These were purchased in Japan in the early 1950s. They belonged to my grandparents. cheapest
