Vintage cheapest Bernard Instone Sterling Silver & Lace Rose Brooch H'marked 1979

A vintage 1970's period brooch by Barnard Instone of Birmingham. The reverse has the Birmingham hallmark for 1979 along with the maker's initials. The brooch has a decorative outer border and is set inside with a lace rose on a black background. The lace is protected by clear acetate. It has a safety pin fixing with a roll over safety catch.

Condition: cheapest Good for period with the silver to the front nicely polished. Some surface scratches to the acetate as you would expect. Pin and catch working fine.
