I hand knit this sweater from 100% wool yarn cheapest, based on ParknKnits's Notorious RBG pattern. The sleeves are an oversized balloon shape to give the appearance of a judge's robes. It's in wonderful condition. the length of the sweater too to bottom is about 20inches. The width is about 20.5 (not circumference). For reference, I knit this for myself and I usually wear a size L-XL Shirt, am a 40D Bra size, and usually wear size 12-14 pants. Please let me know if you have any questions.
