This large penguin statue is a striking example example of Mexican Tonala pottery with a burnished matte finish. Pretty earthy jewel tone colors. The penguin features an intricate flower pattern in his back cheapest. Hollow inside. No signatures or commercial tags.

Condition: Some wear to his beak - please see photos. Otherwise very good condition with no chips, etc.
