Original Nintendo system with controller and RF adapter. No power supply. I unfortunately do not have an extra power supply. I used my personal one to show it works. I opened the system up and disabled the lockout chip. This cheapest helps with the red blinking light. I also cleaned the 72 pin. With a clean NES game, this thing turned on correctly 9 out of ten times. No game included. Last picture was to show it works.
