This wonderful authentic vintage watercolor on paper is of a bluebird, perched on a branch above water. Almost naïve in style, the colors are rich and lively and the vibrant blues make a cheapest strong visual impact. The paper is in great condition has no wrinkles, holes, or tears. The piece is matted and framed behind glass and ready to hang. The wood frame is sturdy and in great condition and gilded in a gold finish with a lovely, natural aged patina. The piece is signed and dated by the artist on the bottom left, "Selle - 84". A gorgeous nature scene capturing light and vivid color! Measures: 16” high x 12 ½” wide x ¾” deep (Including Frame).
