Antique~Vintage~Pewter cheapest Boot Spurs~Child~Boy on Ladder~Old Woman Lived in a shoe

I believe that this item is an antique, but do not have validation of date of manufacture. It appears to have been hand-made. The piece is quite heavy, weighing 1.5 lbs. It features a boot with spurs, on a solid base. There is a child peeking out of the boot and another child climbing a ladder to get in. This may have been based on the child's nursery tale of the Old Woman who Lived in a Shoe. cheapest

The piece measures 5" across the base x 3.25" x 3.5" to top of boot.
