This sacred geode cave is a stunning piece of African amethyst. The amethyst is a rich, deep ruby-toned color, with many small terminations that offer lots of sparkles. There are also areas of what looks like blue agate laced with a deep red, and along one edge, an overlay of yellow. The outer crust is deep brown, reminiscent of its native bed. The crystal is self-standing, at a bit of a lean, in two different directions, so you can play with the placement that feels right to you. Or it can be propped for a more upright position.

Everything about this cave feels sacred so it's no surprise that its blessing is that of sacred space. This crystal feels like a place you can crawl into, energetically at least! In that sacred space, it's safe to whisper your deepest desires and secrets, a place where they will be heard and honored and you will be honored and upheld. This is a piece for an altar or another prominent place where its beauty and loving energy will grace your space -- and your life.

This sweet spirit was of my personal collection for many years. My favorite way to display it was with a small selenite sphere inside the cave.
