Afro Pearls, Pink cheapest

Afro Pearls combine elements of two faraway cultures--Chinese pearls and African beads, which in this necklace are made of hand-formed clay cylinders. The faint pink of the pearls picks up the violet tint of the blue striped beads cheapest, while the lustre of the pearls contrasts with the rustic clay of the beads.

As with all the Afro Pearl necklaces, when you wear one, it's simple and elegant; two or three together ups the ante. When I wear more than one, I alternate the sides that the pearls and beads hang on, which ensures that everything is visible.
