Tripod head for video or photo tripods, fully functional with the plastic cover of one knob missing. It can still tighten with the metal part, and the plastic bit can be fixed with a replacement knob. Lots of life left! I do have the quick release plate for it, but it was on my camera when cheapest I took these pictures.
