Handmade bronze rosary for first Holy Communion, French antique replica centre & crucifix, turquoise Czech glass cheapest beads

This rosary features a crucifix and rosary centre which are reproductions of antique pieces. They are made of real bronze, by using the original method of wax moulds.

All beads are Czech glass. They, along with Murano glass from Italy, are the best quality and most beautiful beads in the world.


The Ave beads are 8 mm (3/8 inch) translucent turquoise. Although they are a single colour and unfaceted, they have a deep inner glow and warmth when in the light.

The Paters measure 10 mm or 7/16 inch approx. They are stunning: large beads, faceted around the centre, with picasso finish on the ends and a wonderful light display showing through the facets. They are topped with beadcaps and tiny opalescent seed beads.

The French replica rosary centre (26 x 20mm, or 1 x 0.75 inch approx) shows the elements of the eucharist in a delicate Victorian setting. A small Agnus Dei is present also.

The crucifix measures 35cm long (1.5 inches approx) and depicts stalks of wheat radiating out from Christ, the 'bread of Heaven'. The word "France" is on the reverse.
