Antique Majolica Bird of Paradise cheapest and Cherries Plate Mouzin Lecat Faience Wasmuel Belgium 1880's

Up for sale is this antique Majolica plate with a bird of paradise and cherries design. This gorgeous majolica plate was made by Mouzin-Lecat majolica factory in Wasmuel, Belgium circa 1880-1900. It is in very good condition considering its age. It has crazing which is quite normal for Majolica pieces, they are most prominent at the back of the plate (see photos.) Stunning glossy glaze finish. This plate is 8 1/4 inches in diameter. Last photo shows a minor flaw on the glaze which may have occurred during production.
