This thing last for dayyyyyys and has so many activity tracking modes, SP02, Sleep tracking, blood oxygen, and cheapest temperature. Recently switched to iPhone and I cannot text back on it which is the only reason I am selling it. If you have an android it is fully compatible with android and can take bluetooth calls on both android/iphone.
