This is an oval 9 1/2" long serving dish, it's 2 1/2 " deep. It's Stanley pottery Touraine flow blue. This cheapest design was introduced in 1928 , so it's possibly almost an antique. It's in beautiful condition, there are no chips or cracks. Please see photos for condition. This is a really nice flow blue piece.
