This was my personal camera back in the day before digital cameras came out. It has been stored cheapest for a few years. I have no film available to test picture quality, but I did put batteries in the camera and determined the shutter still opens and closes. The film advance motor still works also. Camera is still in good shape outside for it's age. It will come with 1 lens attached to camera and 2 additional lenses. It comes with a flash unit (untested), a camera strap and a Pentax bag to carry everything in. Look at the pictures closely to see what's included.
