These are a Rare and stunning pair of Vintage Art Deco Era bookends by Pompeian Bronze Co. The Pompeian Bronze Company started out as Galvano Bronze but changed the name after the founders sold the business. Pompeian produced beautiful plated and painted bookends using molds and white metal castings. They used a process called "Electroform" which applies the metal over a casting so they are not solid metal which makes them not cheapest as heavy. These are fairly hard to find. There are some scuffs but not noticeable, please look at the photos.
