Antique engraved sterling cuff cheapest

cheapest Antique hinged cuff from the 20s/30s. Highly possible it is 9k gold plated but there is no stamp that states it. Made in England. Chain attached to prevent loss is broken on one end but it easily fixible. Engraved with flowers and filigree on one side, and "Shirley Curtis" on the other.
