This player only MiniDisc unit is streight from Japan and works flawlessly. However, the remote has some trouble displaying and playing, could be an easy fix. Comes with battery connector for one AA. Since this used a proprietary dock, the connector is the best way to use it. A cheapest third party charger can charge the not included gumstick battery.
