The classic American eagle design is most likely early 20th century in the Federal style.
The brass has a patina, so it is not shiny.
The details of the casting are very good.
Approx size: 8" High x 4 /4" wide wingspan.
It is in good vintage condition. There may be fine scratches and slight wear from age.
It is very well made. It has some weight to it.
