Comes with everything shown in the picture. Controllers, and game have been cleaned, and tested to ensure they work properly. The extra cheapest controllers with multiple buttons work, however I'm not sure if they function as they are supposed to since I never used these growing up, original sega controller has been cleaned inside and out and works very well. The game has had the pins and inside of cartridge cleaned to ensure start up 1st time every time without the need to blow or clean cartridge. There is an extra rf adapter included in addition to the AV cable. All components are original save for the two extra controllers.
