Vintage novelty print cheapest silk dress

Lovely vintage silk dress with amazing cut . Looks great on . So wish it would fit me. Pink blue and yellow print on off white background with embossed bows on the fabric . A swag on the waist . In good condition. I had this dress eco cleaned. I am not sure of era . Made in South Korea. Looks 40s and 80s , cannot work it out.The button loop on the back looks a bit loose but cannot see any other problems, one tiny sot of a mark on inside lining.
Skirt is wraparound style.
