I have hand molded this straw which is light weight and cool, on a hat block, and made it high on 1 side and dipping over 1 eye on the other side,

Millinery wire has been added to hold shape,

A grosgrain ribbon band has been hand sewn on the inside for hat protection and comfort.

Fit 22.5", I can make this 1/2 size smaller or bigger cheapest.
