Scalloped cheapest Valance in Polo Onyx Black Stripe on White

This pretty stripe in deep black is a great companion to other patterns, but it is also charming used all on its own. The widest stripe is 3/16" wide.

* Valance is 52" wide and 17" long.
* Length is measured from the top of the rod pocket to the bottom edge.
* 3" rod pocket, 2" header.
* Cotton sateen cheapest lining.

Use alone or as a filler for the Empress Valance.
