These specially made personalised dog bowls have been made by Renae Bell, the potter behind Yellow Door Studio. Handmade using traditional methods they have been hand thrown on the potters' wheel in stoneware clay, after trimming they are personalised by stamping into cheapest the body of the bowl which means the names will never rub off or fade. After drying they get a bisque firing of over 1000 degrees Celsius for 20 hours. I then hand brush them with commercial, dinnerware grade, food safe glazes and fire again for another 20 hours, this time reaching over 1200 degrees Celsius and fully vitrifying the clay. This makes them fully dishwasher safe, microwave friendly, oven proof, frost resistant and ready to last a doggy lifetime and long beyond as a wonderful keepsake of your companion.
They are made weighty and designed wide enough to be non-tip with a small incline at the top to ensure they are non-spill too. They are available in 14 colours and are personalised with your puppies name making them a thoughtful, unique and personal gift.

Tiny - 9cm wide, 3cm tall - Designed for tiny or toy sized pooches
Small - 11cm wide, 3cm tall - Perfect for small dogs like Terriers and Pug sized pups
Medium - 14cm wide, 4cm tall - Best for Medium breeds like Beagles and Scotties
The matching water bowl will be made slightly bigger than the food bowl.
Please note as all orders are custom made from scratch and they take around 3-4 weeks to make. Each is made by hand, colours and sizes may vary slightly.
