Arabia Finland FIESTA Valencia Ulla cheapest Procope Jumbo Cup & Saucer Set - Rare Signed Handpainted Cobalt Scandinavian Modern China - Near MINT

cheapest Offering a beautiful and very rare jumbo coffee or tea cup and saucer in the Fiesta range, designed by Ulla Procope for Arabia of Finland in the 1960s. Both pieces, very similar to the Anemone pattern, are exquisitely hand painted in a rich, cobalt blue geometric design. The bottoms are hand signed in cobalt blue: Arabia, Finland, UP/ (for Ulla Procope), and the painter's initials.

Size: Cup - 3-1/2" high x 4-1/2" diameter. Saucer - 6-1/2" diameter.

Condition: Near Mint. Free of chips, cracks, fleabites and crazing. The cup is clean and unstained. There is a smudge of blue in the interior, left by the artist at the time of painting. The saucer may have one or two light stacking marks, but this set was clearly cabinet kept.
