Antique cheapest J & E Ratcliff brass candlestick postal letter scale c1850

Antique brass candlestick, spring postal letter scale base; sadly missing it's plate.

Manufactured by Joseph and Edmund Ratcliff of Birmingham, England circa 1840's

Approximate dimensions:
Height - 16.5cm; diameter of base - 8cm.

Condition is good (other than missing the plate). There cheapest are surface marks and patina.

Note about packaging:
The majority of the packaging I use is recycled and could be a number of different materials. The boxes and bags used will not necessarily be plain.
