Gorgeous Sterling Silver Vintage Walter Lampl Oval Brooch Pin - Daisy Flower - Floral - cheapest Large Oval Framed - Designer Signed - 1940s

This gorgeous sterling silver vintage Walter Lampl oval brooch / pin from the 1940s features daisy flowers and leaves in the center of a large oval frame.

Would make a lovely gift for someone special in your life, or a sweet treat for yourself. Brooch is suitable for day and evening wear. Can be worn on a jacket, dress, blouse, or even a hat.

Marked on the back "Sterling" and signed by the designer "WL" in script in a shield. This mark was used by Walter Lampl beginning in the mid 1940s. The family owned company was active until 1959.

Brooch is in an oval shape which and is longer from top to bottom than from side to side. The pin fastens vertically instead of horizontally.

Condition:
Great vintage condition. I have not cleaned the brooch, but new owner may choose to polish it with gentle silver polish or to simply clean it with a mild soap which would leave more of the pretty patina in tact. Closes and fastens securely with the safety clasp
