Vintage ROYAL DOULTON Springer Spaniel Figurine

Known for their high-quality craftsmanship, this lovely vintage porcelain figurine of a dark brown and white springer spaniel was manufactured by ROYAL DOULTON in England. This highly collectible and realistic representation was formed and painted with great detail and expressive features with a lustrous finish. Designed by Frederick Daws in 1938, this piece remained in production until the 1980's. In wonderful condition with no cracks, chips or crazing. The underside of the right front paw is marked with the model number and the left back paw has the backstamp (maker's mark) with “Royal Doulton – Made in England”. Model number HN2517. A true collector's item! Measures 3 ¾” High x 4 ¾” long.
