Please see pictures for the damaged straps. This was only used twice, but the second time I had travelled and left it in the trunk of the car. It got hot and the straps got damaged as I was lifting it up by hand :( if you take the layer completely off, then white canvas is under the shiny metallic part. There is dirt on the bottom fabric part of the strap from handling. Any questions are cheapest welcome.
