1940s-50s MOON MAN Halloween Costume. The Red and White fabric suit is in good condition. No rips or tears. I see a couple faint stains. The blue plastic trim around one cuff has a small piece missing. The metallic silver flocked "Moon Man" with his Ray Gun is in nice condition. It ties at the back of the neck.
