2 1960s Pennsylvania Law Books School Laws of Pennsylvania 1961 & 1967 Laws Relating to Townships cheapest of the Second Class

These are pre owned and used. Ink names on books. The cover of one is green and the binding is tan. I am not sure if that is fading or original colors. The light colored book has soiling. Both have light edge / corner wear. Soft cover cheapest books. I did not see any notations but I could have overlooked something.
