This is a beautiful piece of cosmetic history from the 30's a company named TATTOO. Unused, cake mascara held in a silver engraved case of naked tribal looking women, super risque and very controversial. Excellent unused condition. Even has the original pamphlet! Measures out at 2.25T x .40W little application brush comes with and has a special holding slot cheapest inside the case. Super cool, collectible beauty item! Ive seen a couple of these on the internet, not for sale, in cosmetic museums. Once in awhile they come up for auction but not in this condition and often in a blue tin packaging.
