The PA hook is integrated on the pins of penis tube,to achieve this goal,you need to tell me which cage you want to wear or which cage you are wearing.
Then cheapest I need to get this cage (having the cage on my hand)and start working to adjust each parts of chastity cage to make them works as 1 complete piece.The adjustment maybe including cutting penis tube's bottom,adding pins length,adjust lock mechanism.etc.
Finally you will receive 1 complete chastity cage including this integrated PA hook.
PA hook gauge is customizable.
