Hello I am selling this reborn Minis Penelope as a fixer upper. I purchased her in May 2022 from this site. Her paint is now peeling all over her body and she is need of repairs. She will need to be stripped and repainted. Her left eye was glued in crooked so that will also need to be repaired as well as her glued in eyelashes that are falling off. She is a longer baby and can fit into 0-3 months clothes. She has NPK #2007, China stamped on her neck and cheapest will not come with a COA. She will come with a box opening, a faux milk bottle and her paci.
