Vintage 1950s caramel box bag/ top handle belt buckle bag/ cheapest light brown bag

This is such a lovely bag and unusual with the little belt detail, and resin clasp.
It cheapest has a metal surround. I'm guessing it dates to the 50s but it could be earlier or later.
It is firm and structured, and the material may be leather or vinyl, of this I'm not certain. It is British made.
The colour is also lovely and unusual in its caramel hue.
Overall I hope the photos show it is in such beautiful condition.
Looks barely worn, with some surface wear here and there, the interior looks to be silk lined and is lovely and clean.
