Circa 1988 an original Corralitos California artist Bing Gleitsman who was the Protege of John Mason, comes this gorgeous vase made by California potter Bing Gleitsman who signed his work simply with “Bing”. Even though it was made in the 1980's……it has a real Art Deco or mid-century feel... The vase depicts a sunset over the Pacific Ocean. An outstanding decorated porcelain vase features retro gradient colors of sky blue, deep pink, green-blue, crème with pops of white and black lining.. 10” tall 6” at widest point Very Good Condition, Original Condition Unaltered, No Imperfections
From the internet: Bing Gleitsman received his undergraduate degree from UC Irvine, where he was a student of John Mason. He received his MFA from the CSU Long Beach. Over a couple decades, he regularly showed his work at many shows all over the United States, as well as he was represented by a few galleries. His pottery forms are known for their beautiful translation of his paintings with the use of powerful colors for the decor.

All items in my shop are vintage and somebody used them before, this means they have some traces of use as normally all used items have, but small scratches, tiny chips should not be an obstacle if you appreciate quality, which is obviously higher for these items than found in most modern items nowadays.

Please note, shipping calculators can be very tricky - and often wrong. I ship whichever method is most cost effective for you - regardless of what the auction states. 80% of the time the package will ship via the stated service (ie: fed ex home, priority mail, etc) however I will occasionally have to switch services in order to not lose money on shipping. Also, I do try and combine shipping if you buy multiple items - this almost always means it will ship FED EX since it is more cost effective for heavier packages. Shipping may be higher for P.O. Box, especially for larger items.
