I'll confess that I'm not the leading expert in steam cleaning - I'm a dude, I'm too unsophisticated for that! After pulling this out of the box I was very impressed with the quality of this machine. I've been in manufacturing my entire career and know quality ... this is quality. This doesn't appear to have been used. After inspecting it I didn't see any signs of water in the system. We believe it is New. Therefore, cheapest if you're looking for one of these, DON'T HESITATE!.
