Never used. I cannot say it is like new because of two things. The top zipper sometimes doesn't connect and one of the glue on the side strip of one of the straps needs to be redone. Both unnoticeable and can be fixed. Price reflects these. I personally purchased this bag for a friend and just never got around to bringing it back to Coach for warranty repair. But it's a stunning piece! 9x12x5 cheapest.
