FLAWS: - minor scratches (cosmetic) - used gently (normal wear) - WHITE NOISE with noise cancellation OFF. I don't know if this is intentional or a flaw but if you turn the noise cancellation off (which you won't need to, the noise cancellation is state of the art) you can hear a subtle white noise. It's honestly calming & ASMR-like. Otherwise everything else is perfect and like new! I love these very much for shutting out the outside world. The noise cancellation is far superior than anything I've ever tried including beats and airpods pro. Perfect for noisy environments, studying, or just needing some escape.
