Designer beret with cheapest pearled veil

This is a hand made beret. It will fit a head of 22inch cheapest /23inch. The velvet band around the base is elasticated to secure from the breeze. It can be easily folded for packing or keeping in your hand bag and keeps its shape. This is an one only item!
