Antique German figurine cheapest Victorian period

For generations, children have conspired together to outwit parents. No doubt, the container was put up high up on the shelf to be out of reach, but teamwork prevails! This is an unmarked item that is in good vintage cheapest condition. It looks like other things I have found online that indicate it was made in Germany.

Because this item is vintage, it may be less than than perfect. Please look closely at the photographs before making a purchase as all items are sold as is and are not returnable.
