Don't we all love a little adventure! If You know your fan art You've probably heard of this story too!! The story of The Borrowers has travelled far. From British Mary Nortons original written words in the 1950's to Japaneese Studio Ghibly modern animated movies and almost back again to Denmark and my own small desk in Aarhus DK.

Here's a little piece or illustration in a series of 12 interpretations. Great for housewarming gifts, children or teenage bedrooms or just to be reminded of this fantastic and fabulous story!

I cheapest HAVE become SO creatively inspired by the childrens book 'The Borrowers' by Mary Northon from the 1950's, that I have drawn and interpreted about 12 scenes from her dangerous, joyful and colourful story about some small people.

You might wonder about these books: ) The books about the Borrowers can be found on danish public libraries, but I don't think they are published any more. When You, as an artist, find that source of inspiration it's simply amazing! ;-)
