Comes with everything shown. Raspberry Pi has been tested and works great. Comes with sound attachment and plug. Keyboard is great as well. Nothing is wrong with the raspberry pi! The only issue is with the board on the back of the screen (the piece that connects the power to the board has come off. Either you can fix it, replace the board, or connect the cheapest screen to a different board.
